Cappadocia Pegasos Cave Suite Hotel

Very spacious room! The staff was amazing! The level of care & attention they provided were top notch. Great breakfast too!

The restaurant overlooks the valley where hot air balloons can be seen. Sadly, we missed that as we were there during a very windy time. Great location for walking to Uchisar castle and the area! The Turkish breakfast included is outstanding!

It can be noisy if other guests talk loudly outside the room to your door. This is about respecting others, and not necessarily a bad comment for the hotel.

Hamad started communication with me months before and advised on balloon flights and tours, He was incredibly helpful all the way through, organising airport transfers, tours and balloon flights with ease and great humour. Breakfasts were huge in the traditional Turkish way. The other staff were incredibly friendly and willing to have a chat as we passed. The location was great and the view from the terrace stunning. Arrived late at night and was given a fruit platter - great. Fully recommend Pegasus, Ahmad and the staff.

Breakfast was absolutely delicious, the best we had in all our turkey trip, everything was hand made and really tasty and delicious!The staff was super helpful all the time and they arranged it balloon trip for us.

Ahmad checked us in and helped us coordinate tours and provided great recommendations on what to do in the area. Hotel is exceptionally clean, morning breakfast is filling, and value for the place is great. It's only a 5 min drive from Goreme and taxis are easy to find. Our room was poseidon and it was spacious with a Jacuzzi and sauna. Internet was also surprisingly fast albeit you won't have much cellular connection within the room due to the thick walls. Highly recommend this place as your home base in Cappadocia given Goreme is a bit over priced. Note, I do suggest eating and heading to spa services in Goreme as where this is located is less populated with less food options but still very convenient.

The sauna could have had a bucket of water so make it easier to make it wet but otherwise no compliants.

We met an Afghan guy whos name was Ahmad at the reception he was really helpful, professional and kind loved his way of talking and he helped us a lot. i just didnt like the location so much and i think hotel was overpriced

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful and had stunning views of the area. The resident cat was very friendly and we had a great time. The hotel organized our hot air balloon ride as it was amazing! The staff were very kind and helpful, and while they spoke very little English, their friendliness and helpfulness was very welcome!

I think one point of improvement would be, if possible to have someone who understands a little more English on site. While the manager was very kind to help when he could, I had some trouble trying to explain my dietary restrictions to the staff organizing breakfast each morning. The staff were very helpful, we just had a language barrier.

Location was awesome and room was clean as required. Reception personal was very nice and kind all the time.

We did not like breakfast facilities, baking stuff came at the end of breakfast together with egg during all our stay. We don’t remember even a day everything come in timely fashioned.Sound isolation was very weak, we struggle to sleep most of time especially after 7.30 AM due for noises came from the top floor and corridors.

The room was beautiful and spacious, the bathroom huge and well equipped. The breakfast was fantastic(way too much food for 2 people!)Everyone was super helpful and friendly.

Amazing hotel, great location and service. Our room was lovely; very clean, big enough for a family of 4, with a nice view from balcony. Great communication with hotel managers and staff were always very helpful and friendly, we’d definitely go again.

Hotel was incredible, so unique and beautiful. Staff was excellent and the breakfast was amazing. The only thing they could improve on was the rooms heating system which was under the floor hotwater pipes but there was no control mechanism so the room was actually too warm. I believe they installed some sort of thermostat as we were leaving. The other suggestion is to keep the small breakfast area 100% smoke free for non-smokers (even if they happen to be the owners, they should know better) to enjoy their meals. Lastly, during the check in process, guests should be provided necessary information about things such as wifi login and passwords, how to operate the jetted tub, the rooms heating system, etc to make the stay effortless and smooth. Just want to emphasize however that these things were minor and only mentioned here to make a great stay even better.

Everything was PERFECT! Starting from the room which was spotlessly clean, very comfy beds, room size was perfect, then staff which were so attentive and helped us with everything, to the breakfast which was one of the best I had in Turkey!! OMG, we were sitting at the breakfast for 2 hours because we did not want to leave all the food which was AMAZING!

Hotel is in a great location. Price was great however due to low season, it was not well kept. The terrace was full of building materials and dirty. I am sure it will look great once the terrace expansion takes place. I think this should be disclosed on the Booking site.

Staff here is amazing !! Very very accommodating, room is spacious!!great breakfast !!My mom loves drinking hot water, every time when we ask them they delivery us a kettle of hot water, which is very attentive !!!

The water drains slowly on the sink, the bed sheet looks a bit too worn …the housekeeping lady doesn’t do make up like hotel standard in the second day , like organizing your stuff and clean the table …?( maybe I am just picky ?)other than that all good! Would def come here again if I ever visit cappadocia in the future.

We had a truly wonderful experience staying at Pegasos Cave Suites in Cappadocia. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. They generously upgraded our room for free to a stunning one and showed us around, which exceeded all our expectations. They also served coffee and water upon request. The locality and landscapes around this hotel are also picture-perfect.The staff were incredibly hospitable, kind, and approachable throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Bahur, who was an excellent server. He ensured we had a great breakfast experience - which was very unique and local, complete with generous servings of warm breads, assorted jams, assorted cheese, condiments and olives, and a custom-made local “cheese and pepperoni” omelette upon request, and also piping hot Turkish tea. He also took care of us when we had some drinks before departing - thoughtfully provided us with complimentary cake as well!The overall atmosphere, warm hospitality, and thoughtful gestures made this stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cappadocia. Thank you for such a memorable experience!

The staff knew we were celebrating our honeymoon and they upgraded us to a larger room and decorated it with flower petals and candles! The Turkish breakfast here was also the best we had during our two weeks in Turkey!

The stay was comfortable, the staff was very friendly and helped with the hotel transfer smoothly. The beds did not have spring mattress which made them very comfortable.

The room was a normal one and nothing cave like about it. The breakfast options were very limited for vegetarians, although the staff did make extra efforts to get us some alternate options. The location was great within Uchisar, but the entire area did not have much vegetarian options.
